Rev Joseph Osei Tutu is an accomplished and experienced cartographer born on September 27, 1962, in Greater Accra, Ghana. With a career spanning over three decades, he has demonstrated exceptional skills in strategic planning, change management, and team leadership. Currently, he holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Biblical Theology from Immanuel Bible Institute and Seminary, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and personal development.

Joseph's extensive experience at the Minerals Commission has equipped him with strong analytical skills, high integrity, and confidentiality. He is proficient in computer literacy, digital mapping techniques, and has a proven track record of effective leadership and supervision.
