Stephen Oduro-Kwarteng, born on May 19, 1961, currently serves as the Regional Lands Officer for the Ashanti Region, Ghana. He holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) Honours in Land Economy and a Master of Science (MSc.) in Environmental Resources Management from KNUST. Professionally, he is a Fellow of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors and has held various key positions at the Lands Commission, including Acting Regional Lands Officer for Upper East and Brong-Ahafo Regions, and Regional Lands Officer for the Western Region. His expertise spans land valuation, public and vested lands management, and land administration.
Outside his professional achievements, Stephen enjoys listening to gospel music, playing and watching football, driving, traveling, and reading newspapers and magazines. His commitment to continuous learning and professional development is evident through his participation in international workshops and training programs in conflict handling, strategic management, and alternative dispute resolution.
