Patience Addo

Patience Addo is an esteemed educationalist and administrator with over eighteen years of 
experience in the field of education. She has worked alongside the executive team of New 
Paradise Complex School in Accra, Ghana, where she specializes in Basic Education and 
Early Childhood Education. Throughout her career, Patience has been dedicated to 
enhancing educational practices and has played a pivotal role in training educators to adopt 
progressive systems and applications that benefit young learners. 
 
Her expertise includes several key areas of early childhood education, such as: 
 
       1. The importance of literacy and storytelling in early childhood development. 
       2. Facilitation tools for teacher trainers in early childhood education. 
       3. Planning a conducive learning environment and creating daily schedules in 
          kindergartens. 
       4. Integrative planning in early childhood education with a strong emphasis on music

Patience is known for her powerful presence in the workplace. Her positive attitude, tireless energy, and commitment to success inspire those around her to work hard and achieve their  best. She is constantly motivated by her family—her husband and their two children—who are a source of daily inspiration. 
 
Beyond her professional duties, Patience enjoys hiking and playing video games with her children during her leisure time. Her passion for education extends beyond her role at the school, as she has also completed a National Course for Ghana on "Training of Trainers: Innovative Approaches to Early Childhood Education" in Israel in 2016. 
 
Patience holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education and she is the coordinator of the Iberoamerica Group in Africa under MASHAV, an international cooperation program. Her contributions to the education sector continue to make a lasting impact on both educators and students alike.
